Delivery
options and rates: We will normally dispatch your order as
soon as all chosen items are in stock, using Royal Mail
standard post. We will always endeavour to use the fastest and
most cost-efficient rates based on the total weight of your
order.
How long will it take? If all
chosen items are in stock, we aim to dispatch goods within
three to four working days of receiving the order. The arrival
time of the order will depend on the method of postage and
your location in the world. We will endeavour to contact you
if your order is likely to take longer than advertised. Royal
Mail delivery times are approximately 1-2 working days
following postage for UK mail, and for airmail parcels
delivery occurs approximately 3-4 days following postage
(Europe), and 5 working days following postage (Rest of the
World).
We work closely with our carriers to ensure best possible
service and delivery times, however, some delays may occur
which are outside our control. For security purposes, we may
send certain items using Recorded Delivery, and a signature
may be required before the parcel is released. If no-one is
available at the delivery address, the delivery company will
leave their contact details. Call the number on their card,
quoting the delivery reference number to arrange another
delivery time.
Delivery address: Our
policy is only to dispatch products to the credit card billing
address. If you need to arrange an alternative delivery
address please email

Please note,
for security reasons it may not be possible to send products
